The primary and secondary integrated ring network box is an intelligent complete set of equipment launched in response to the requirements of the latest standard of the State Grid "Technical Standards for Primary and Secondary Equipment of Power Distribution". It integrates electromagnetic voltage, current transformer, electric energy metering module, high-speed fault state filtering and other advanced technologies. It consists of a ring input and output unit, a feeder unit, a busbar equipment (PT) unit, a centralized DTU and a connecting cable. It can collect active power, reactive power, power factor, frequency, zero-sequence current and zero-sequence voltage, and has line loss metering and electric energy metering functions, as well as line voltage identification, voltage over-limit, load over-limit and other alarms, short-circuit fault detection and processing, single-phase grounding fault detection and processing functions, and supports short-circuit/grounding fault event transmission to meet the needs of distribution network automation.
Main functions
On the basis of the traditional DTU function, the metering-level distribution line loss collection function is added, the judgment and positioning function of small current grounding faults is optimized, and the sampling frequency is increased, so that the waveform of the fault recording is closer to the real waveform.
◇Line loss collection function
The distribution line loss collection module is used to realize the interval electric energy collection function, and the electric energy data on the line is measured in real time, including: forward and reverse active energy calculation and four-phase limited reactive energy calculation, so as to realize the bidirectional metering function and support the positioning function;
◇Small current grounding fault judgment and positioning function
Through the analysis and collection of phase current transformer and zero-sequence current transformer data, the control unit judges these characteristic quantities through multiple algorithms, so as to accurately locate the area where the fault occurs;◇Fault recording function
Through sampling of 128 points per cycle and complete recording of each channel waveform of the 4 cycles before the fault and the 8 cycles after the fault, as well as the open position and other telesignal information, it is sent to the auxiliary station for analysis of the cause of the fault, and supports the cyclic storage of 64 fault recordings.
