YB-40.5 wind turbine box-type substation (hereinafter referred to as box-type substation) is a special equipment that increases the 0.6~0.69kV voltage generated by wind turbines to 35kV and then connects to the grid for output. This product is a new product developed by our company to meet the requirements of large single-unit capacity and high protection in offshore wind farms.

Main features
High-voltage switchgear, transformer, and low-voltage switchgear are integrated into one, with strong completeness; low damage, low noise, superior performance, and the box adopts an anti-theft structure;◇High and low voltage protection is perfect, operation is safe and reliable, and maintenance is simple; the connection scheme is flexible and diverse;
High voltage generally adopts load switch-fuse combination electrical protection. After one phase of the fuse is blown, the three-phase linkage tripping is performed. The load switch is available in vacuum, sulfur hexafluoride and other types, and can be equipped with an electric operating mechanism to achieve automatic upgrade; the fuse is a high-voltage current limiting fuse with a striker, reliable action, and large breaking capacity. The main technical parameters are shown in the table below. It is recommended to use vacuum load switch products for high-voltage load switches. The spring operating mechanism adopts AC220V operation, can be equipped with box transformer protection devices, light and heavy gas interfaces; and equipped with fuses according to the capacity of the transformer, with lightning arresters and live display devices. There is a reliable mechanical interlock between the vacuum interrupter and the isolation knife switch and the grounding knife switch of the combination electrical appliance. Only when the vacuum interrupter is in the open state can the isolation knife switch and the grounding knife switch be operated, and the isolation knife switch and the grounding knife switch are linked. The tripping device of the fuse is a three-pole linkage, and the fuse used is a striker type fuse. The striker can directly disconnect the load switch to ensure that the fault can be quickly cut off.
The main switch on the low-voltage side adopts a universal or intelligent circuit breaker for selective protection.
Select low-loss, oil-immersed, fully sealed S9, S10, S11 series transformers, and resin-insulated or NOMEX paper-insulated environmentally friendly dry-type transformers can also be selected. The bottom is equipped with a trolley, and the transformer can be easily entered and exited.
The outer shell material adopts non-metallic environmentally friendly box, which is corrosion-resistant and salt-fog-proof. Composite panels, stainless steel plates, etc. can also be used. ◇The box-type transformer can add operation corridors on the high and low voltage sides according to user requirements.
