The YBD-12 buried prefabricated substation mainly consists of two parts: an underground transformer (including prefabricated pits) installed underground and an outdoor advertising light box high and low voltage switchgear installed on the ground. Among them, the underground transformer is a new type of distribution transformer with high-voltage fuse protection that can be immersed in water for a period of time. It has been widely used in airports, highways, bridges, tunnels and other places in my country; the interior of the outdoor light box high and low voltage switchgear is an outdoor high and low voltage distribution cabinet, and the outside of the box is an advertising light box. The content of the advertising painting can be designed according to the surrounding environment and user requirements. The entire product occupies a small area and is beautiful and elegant. The underground transformer box casing selected for the YBD-12 underground prefabricated substation is made of anti-corrosion stainless steel, and the fully sealed high and low voltage incoming and outgoing lines adopt waterproof, fully sealed, fully insulated, and fully shielded wiring methods. It ensures the anti-corrosion and sealing capabilities of the underground transformer. The overall protection level reaches P68 and can be immersed in water for short periods of time. High voltage protection configuration is flexible. Either SF6 fully insulated ring network cabinet can be used to protect it, or an oil-flooded load switch + plug-in and backup fuse can be used at the front end of the underground transformer for full range protection. An internal and external automatic heat exchange system is installed inside the pit, and an automatic drainage control system is installed at the bottom.
